Warranty & Returns

If you change your mind about an item or select the wrong size, we will refund the cost of the item/s, excluding all shipping or postage costs. Customers are required to pay any costs associated with returning the item/s. Any returned item/s must also be unused and undamaged.

Please email a picture of the item you are returning, your online order confirmation and the return form completed in full. Email these details to info@buildprostore.com

We offer a 12-month warranty on all our products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, inappropriate use, negligence, or damage caused by third party modifications.

In the case of item/s bought from our online store, please complete our online warranty claim form at https://buildprostore.com/pages/online-warranty-claim

Please also enclose two or three photos that clearly illustrate the problem so our team can assess the issue.

PURCHASED FROM AUTHORISED RE-SELLER

If you bought your product from one of our Authorised Resellers, please contact that Authorised Reseller to discuss the warranty issue. You will need your proof of purchase and will be required to take the product to the Authorised Reseller so the issue can be fully assessed before the warranty claim can be processed.
