Are your products made in Australia

To make the best quality products, we source and use the best available materials in the world and we follow the best possible manufacturing processes. For example, the raw leather used in our nail and tool bags comes from Europe, our rivets are made in Germany and our webbing is made in Melbourne. Our aim is to produce world-class products that use the best materials and represent exceptional value for our customers.

What belt size should I order?

We recommend you order one size larger than your normal belt size. However, our belts do come with a number of holes so you can adjust the fit.

Do you make special orders?

Yes. We can make products in custom sizes and we can make lefthand belts and bags. Please email us with your request and we will do our best to help you.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We despatch orders within 1-2 business days via Australia Post. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an individual tracking number so you can track your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Our products are available to overseas customers. Customers outside Australia may be required to pay additional taxes and charges, according toQ your country’s regulations on the importation of goods. We recommend you check what additional taxes and charges may be payable before placing your order with us.

How do I find my nearest authorised seller?

What is your returns policy?

If you change your mind about an item or select the wrong size, we will refund the cost of the item/s, excluding all shipping or postage costs. Customers are required to pay any costs associated with returning the item/s. Any returned item/s must also be unused and undamaged.

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 12-month warranty on all our products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, inappropriate use, negligence, or damage caused by third party modifications.

If you bought your product from one of our Authorised Resellers, please contact that Authorised Reseller to discuss the warranty issue. You will need your proof of purchase and will be required to take the product to the Authorised Reseller so the issue can be fully assessed before the warranty claim can be processed.
