Proudly Australian, our distinctive handcrafted tools and accessories come with a rich heritage. It all began in 1980 when Intech Tools, as a family-owned business, started producing superior tools and accessories and forged strong partnerships with distribution collaborators.

In 2008, we acquired a tannery to supply tool belts and bags to a major partner for distribution in prominent retail chains across the USA. This customer specifically requested leather tool bags and aprons, and our ownership of a tannery enabled us to meet their stringent quality standards.

Responding to the demands of our Australian clientele for top-tier, premium work gear, we introduced the BUILDPRO leather tool storage and tool gear brand in 2010 and later introduced the BPRO Cordura 1000D range in 2023.

From leather cutting to stitching and riveting, every BUILDPRO and BPRO product is meticulously crafted by skilled artisans using world-class materials. For our leather items, we utilize the thickest European cow leather, German rivets, Australian webbing, top-notch hardware, and employ the finest stitching and manufacturing techniques.
